I took this photo on Feb 20, the day of my annual mammogram, thinking it would be a cute idea to promote breast health. But the lighting was bad so I deleted it. Then 2 mammograms and 1 biopsy later, I received a diagnosis: breast cancer.

The first left-hand toast of the year goes to Pablo Lopez. In his Twins debut, he gave up just 2 hits over 5 1/3 innings. The bullpen pitched hitless ball for 3 2/3 innings and the Twins won the series opener 2-0 in 2 hours and 32 minutes.
