Too many fans out here posing as professionals and giving these kids and parents bad advice. Too many parents and kids not doing their homework on these guys and falling for the hype.

I keep hearing this sentiment. How does a parent “do their homework”? In the Atlanta market, most trainers and coaches know each other and or compete against each other. How does one ensure unbiased info??

Definitely doing what you're doing now. Ask questions and ask a lot of them. But formate your questions in a sense of understanding instead of accusing. Validate information and people. Just like good information, good people will be consistent. Lastly, like
