Governments at every level have had huge cash infusions the last couple years and one of them should step up here so this doesn’t go away. City, county, state, whoever. Somebody be a leader!

And it's just $2 million! In city terms that's like 4-5 phony PTSD settlements for disgruntled MPD officers. Or one large boulder removal from the Kenilworth corridor in Met Council/County dollars. A no-brainer!
