The U.S. crossed 1,000 positives on 3/10. We crossed 2,000 on 3/13. Tonight, 3/14, we are on the verge of crossing 3,000. This is not a horse race, but when you see tweets of people at bars and restaurants, it makes me think the message is not sinking in yet how serious this is.

Goal posts changed: The Texas governor’s previous executive order said that the ban on covid vaccine mandates only applied to those that had emergency authorization — before the FDA gave its full approval to the Pfizer vaccine. Now expanded to include all covid vaccines.
