First day ✅
Excited to have joined
@HawkeyeFootball
as the Director of Creative Media. In just a few short days since arriving into town, it’s already evident how special of a place this is, and I’m excited to work alongside some amazing people.
Tomorrow, I’ll be starting a new role as Assistant AD for Creative Content with
@TheIowaHawkeyes
.
I'm excited for this next challenge and to continue working at such a special place alongside great people.
Go Hawks!
As someone who manages a social platform, I see a lot of the negativity aimed at players and staff — who are human beings. This is a spot on take here and hope a lot of people get to see this.
If something hurts, it means you care. And it feels good to care and be passionate about something. The Hawks will be back in Indy sooner rather than later and we still have a chance to get to 11 wins this season. That’s pretty special. Love this team.
Tomorrow is my last day at Miami. I've accepted a social media/creative position with IMG at
@GamecocksOnline
. Honored for the opportunity to work alongside such a talented creative team there in Columbia.

🤙🏻
This season was the most fun I’ve ever had in my career. Ending with a loss hurts, but it doesn’t change the way I feel about this team and the people I get to work alongside. These young men are truly special — what they go through is nothing short of extraordinary.
I don't think people understand how big of a win this would be for creative, recruiting and equipment staffs. It's one of many issues, but it's an issue all the same. This would be a good step in the right direction.
Respectfully, interns don't run accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers. There's full-time jobs for that. It's a whole profession. We have to stop perpetuating social media as an 'intern-level' responsibility.
Next month I’ll be moving to Colorado Springs after accepting the lead design position with
@AF_Football
.
Can’t say enough about how much I appreciate all the support I’ve gotten from family and friends. I’m thankful for this opportunity and can’t wait for the new adventure.
I was tasked with leading the effort for our weekly uniform reveals and it was an awesome challenge that allowed me to grow so much. These are some of my favorites from the season.
I gotta be honest, this is not so great. Taking quotes someone said about one place and using it as if he was talking about another is, at the very least, journalistically irresponsible. I can appreciate the attempt creatively, but this ain't it. Not to mention copyright issue.
This is very real. I had the opportunity to travel with the team for the first time for the B1G Tourney in Minneapolis. Could not have felt more welcomed, and that our role as a creative team there was important to them. Makes you want to work even harder!
Lisa Bluder gets it. When people feel included they will give your their time. When people feel VALUED they will give you their heart.
She’s built a special culture in Iowa City!

Jake Bauers continues today's power surge by launching a rocket to right! 🚀
We lead 6-2 in the top of the 6th!

@HawkeyeFootball
Up 140% from 2020, which was also ninth-highest percent change in the country.
Among teams in Top 20 overall interactions, that 140% is the second-highest percent change.
Good things happening in Iowa City!
Incredibly proud to be a Hawkeye.
@IowaWBB
captivated a state, and gathered national fandom along the way. They’ve made an immeasurable impact on the growth of women’s basketball & personally provided me with some of the best moments of my career so far. Amazing staff & players.
This is 29 👴🏼
Last year of my 20’s…Blessed to have amazing people around me and in my life. I got to spend the day working a job I love and around people I care about.
Life is a gift and I intend on living it to the fullest.

Proud of what our team accomplished.
My time with
@AF_Football
is nearing its end. This has been the opportunity of a lifetime. Soaking in the experiences at the bowl this week with some amazing people. Can't thank
@CM1984
enough for giving me a chance to be a part of something much bigger than myself. Stay tuned.
Had a realization I started my current role at Iowa a year ago yesterday, going on my third year overall. Reflecting and feeling extremely grateful for the opportunity and lucky to be around so many amazing people. Iowa is truly a special place and a hidden gem.
Go Hawks 🐤
Today marks two years since I started working at Iowa. 🐤
It quickly became evident how much of a hidden gem this place is, and it’s because of the people here. I feel so thankful and fortunate to work with such an amazing group of people and student-athletes.
Unsolicited advice for young creatives – don't constantly worry about what's next. Work hard and maximize your current opportunities. Focus on consistent improvement. The rest will come.
I always have this internal battle in my head on whether or not having a nice grid is important, but happy with what we’ve had going on
@HawkeyeFootball
since early this summer.
I don’t understand designing wallpapers with zero regard for spacing around the time near the top. It’s not just about making something cool. They should also be functional for your fans to actually use.
Had a realization that today marks 3 months with
@WVUfootball
, and as I reflect on the last few months I couldn’t be happier to be a Mountaineer. This program, and the people in it, are special and I’m thankful to be a small part of it.
Just over a year ago, I was an SID trying to transition to creative full time. I made so many strides in my time at South Carolina and the last month-plus w/
@AF_Football
has been awesome. Here’s just some of what I’ve been working on here so far. 💻🎥📸
A disturbing trend in today’s world is to automatically become defensive. It’s ok to be wrong and admit fault. Listen, relate, attempt to understand. None of us are all-knowing. Humility is one of the more admirable traits in a person, in my opinion.
Reminder to pursue things that you love, make you happy and can provide measurable growth. Almost two years to the day I decided to pivot to a career in creative media and what a journey it has been. If you want something, learn to love the process and get after it.
