2) Folks who seem completely unaware that wildcat strikes exist & hurt employers/end users more than legal/regulated strikes. You can’t magic strikes away by hobbling Unions, banning them, or tying them up in bureaucracy. That’s not how life works. That’s not how humans behave.

1) Folks who seem to think you get paid on strike days. YOU DON’T. I repeat: your employer doesn’t pay you if you don’t work. Striking is financially painful to workers, not just some random jolly.
