After several weeks of collaborative discussion, our

NEP has been approved and nearly merged. This paves the way for
@cosmosibc
to NEAR.
We have submitted our
@NEARProtocol
Enhancement Proposal for one of the changes we need to bring IBC to NEAR. Feedback and review is welcome.
