Toby Flood off field for HIA after this. Flood’s shoulders below his hips and 3 tigers clear out and none are attempting to stay on their feet. That’s law being broken just the four times. It’s so common now - no one bats an eyelid about it anymore. The game cannot sustain this.

This is the norm now. Almost every commentator of pro rugby from the papers to radio & TV don’t mention it anymore - they would end up talking about nothing else. So many laws that are there to protect the game, it’s future and the players are broken and ignored.

One of the proudest days of my life was when I was made a chief in the beautiful province Serua. Our Paramount chief, The Vunivalu of Serua, Ratu Peni Latinara sadly passed on Sunday. His funeral is today & I’m sending all my lolomas to the clan & the villages of Serua & beyond.

2 years ago today, Fiji 7s started Olympic campaign vs the hosts on a balmy Friday evening in Rio. This was last picture I took before tournament. There were no big speeches at the shirt presentation. Just pick up your shirt, be thankful, sing the national anthem and have a hug.

Rugby coached/taught properly and played to laws applied correctly is a brilliant sport. Without doubt, the game needs to constantly look at where it can be better and safer but banning collision rugby in schools is misplaced and unwarranted.
