What did you expect? You put armed guardsmen on nearly every corner of this city to intimidate it's citizens. If you treat the citizens of Minneapolis like an enemy force then expect resistance. Take the guardsmen out of the city and they won't get shot at, simple as that

Had a very Minneapolis moment earlier today when I ran into someone I knew in line at Caffetto and the very next person who walked in the door we both also knew
