TRE - results are being declared in phases starting from today. But our website is getting crashed due to a heavy rush. Since there is no PRT result today, such candidates need not visit our website.
Congratulations to all the successful candidates.
Congratulations to all the successful candidates of TRE2.0. You have created history and you will be shaping the future of Bihar. So never forget that with great success comes great responsibilities too.
It has been found in the scrutiny of TRE DV that many candidates had submitted wrong certificates and didn't produce correct certificates during DV. This shows it was rather deliberate. This may or may not be a reason to stall DV. But it's sure its consequences shall be severe.
On the Eve of New Year 2024, I thank all our stakeholders for helping & guiding us to successfully complete all the tasks assigned to us. I wish the New Year brings greater successes to all.
Happy New Year 2024 !!
In view of late running of various trains etc due to the cyclonic effect, today ie 8.12.23, TRE candidates will be allowed entry in the exam centres from 12:30pm to 1:30pm and the exams will start from 2:30pm
We are planning to have CCE PT every year on 30th Sept & Mains in the first week of Jan every year.
So, Integrated 69th CCE Mains Exam is likely to be held from 3-7th Jan 2024 and 70th CCE PT on 30th Sept.
TRE is also likely to be held in the last week of August every year.
We are insisting on uploading documents since on downloading, such documents will get automatically watermarked.
These watermarked documents will be required at the time of TRE- DV before joining.
Right to life is a fundamental right. If a competent authority prescribed a roadmap to earn livelihood & later on that road was suddenly closed, how will those live with dignity who are stranded on that road ? There must be some evacuation plan & passage should be allowed to them
Why are candidates asked to write their roll numbers and also to darken the circles ?
Obviously so that "cross-verification" can be done in case any mistake is detected in their roll numbers on scanning. To call it as "correction" or "tampering" with the OMR is preposterous.
History judges leaders from -what they got from their predecessors & what they leave to their successors.
I sincerely believe that as paper-leak, corruption, inefficiency & non-transparency become things of past, BPSC would grow strength to strength from here.
Govt deputes its officers and changes later. It doesn't concern us at all. But on this pretext, elements who tried to get our TRE-DV cancelled should try harder.
TRE results are now likely by mid Oct. This slight delay is due to pending results of CTET etc, several instances of mistakes committed by candidates in their OMRs like wrong roll no, wrong series, wrong subject combinations and also due to wrong submission of certificates.
1 TRE Results will be declared in phases starting with 11-12, 9-10 & then Primary.
2 All 9-12 candidates should be ready for document verification which is going to start very soon.
It was last year this day when we held 67th PT (re-exam) & today we have successfully held 69th PT, 68th PT sandwiched in between to ensure session is on track.
It has been just a year but apparently a very long journey.
Thank you all for reposing confidence in our new Avatar.
We have started uploading scanned OMRs of TRE2.0 on our portal. It may take 10-15 days to complete this for all the subjects.
This time scanned OMRs will also contain scan readings (candidates' answers/ responses).
We have started declaring TRE results, just to give some headstart-
1. There will be DV for all successful candidates at the time of joining
2. All successful candidates must upload, on BPSC portal, all requisite certificates duly attested by gazetted officers if not already done
Appearing (CTET, BEd etc) candidates in TRE will be provided adequate time, as much as possible, to furnish results of their exams to prove their eligibility.
The opportunity given to TRE -PRT candidates is for document correction and not for document manipulation. Both, the earlier set of documents and the new one, will remain in the system for further probing in future as and when required.
I know TRE 1.0 completely derailed our Calendar. We will try our best to put it back on track as much as possible. 67th Final result was one such example of our efforts. Some more results may come up this month.
Holding TRE on time and disqualification of some candidates are two different things.
While the former is so far unaffected by the recent order of the hon'ble SC, the same can't be said for the latter.
Candidates should be realistic in making assumptions in their best interest.
TRE1.0 left out vacancies (vacancies other than arising out of multiple results/ drop outs/ disqualifications) have been included in TRE2.0. Besides, vacancies from SC ST welfare Dept have also been included. Corrigendum will be issued soon.
Exams schedule will not be affected.
Whether a BEd degree certificate is obtained before STET or after it, this can be easily ascertained from the online application system.TRE candidates need not worry about that
32nd Judicial Services exam & 67th Mains exam candidates can download their unevaluated OMR sheets / mains copies from 27.09.23.
Very soon OMR sheets of TRE candidates will also be made available.
There seems to be unnecessary confusion in selecting STET (1/2)or "other" / "other subject". Obviously a candidate can apply only in a subject in which he has cleared STET. This selection of subject cannot be based on age relaxation. Similarly "Other" meant "other subject" only.
It seems some TRE2.0 candidates have filled "NA" against their certificate number / serial number. Such candidates need not worry. But it's expected that those who haven't filled so far, should be more careful.
I believe TRE-candidates have some queries regarding subject combinations, eligibility conditions, certificate validity prerequisites etc. They should first go through the Advt. carefully and if still not clear, they should contact the Education/ BPSC office for clarifications.
Multiple leak-points & inadequate transparency are the root cause of paper leaks in any recruitment exam. These also breed trust-deficit which further aggravates the problem.
When we are dealing with such large numbers as in TRE, multi layer filtering is needed to weed out undeserving ones.
This is what's going on & that's why all results are conditional.
Any vacancy arising out of this filtering will be filled by one or more supplementary results.
TRE 9-12 DV is now over. As assured,we will review all DV reports.
TRE-PRT candidates will be provided an opportunity to rectify their documents on-line before DV. They should keep their documents ready & duly attested by any Gazetted officers with their seals.
Some TRE - partially verified candidates are blaming BPSC & its server for essentially what is their own mistake and / or goof up at cyber cafe. Such candidates should indeed worry to find evidence in support of their allegations.
Yesterday some TRE- CS candidates met me & complained that outsiders had fraudulently obtained STET2019 certificate. On asking, they checked STET2019 advt & found it was meant for residents of Bihar & not "permanent" residents". They knew its difference and so left peacefully.
TRE2.0 Supplementary results - for EBC/BC Welfare Dept - have been sent for uploading on our website.
Congratulations to all the successful candidates.
1 The toughness of questions depends on how fine the filtering is needed. Larger the candidates-vacancy ratio, finer the filter should be. This is what happened in TRE.
2 In many 9-12 papers, candidates will get selected if not disqualified. But this is not the case in primary.
Just to clarify that as declared earlier, in TRE 2.0 PRT language section is only qualifying in nature and its marks will be used only as tie breaker 2 in determining the merit
In TRE2.0 admit cards, provision will be made for candidates to fill up their roll numbers in advance so that they can copy the same on the OMR sheet during their exams to avoid any mistakes.
All those TRE2.0 registered candidates who couldn't make their payments after registration are provided one last chance to make their payments on 23-24th Nov failing which their registration shall stand cancelled.
Congratulations to all the successful candidates of AE (civil, mechanical, electrical engineering) exams of the 2019 advertisement. It has been a really long awaited result.
Soon AE results of the 2020 advertisement will also be declared.
We have come across some complaints that despite having more than cutoff marks, TRE candidates have not been selected.
On checking, we found they were BEd holder PRT candidates.
Such complainants may have to face consequences of spreading falsehood.
69th Integrated CCE results are being sent for uploading on our website.
Congratulations to all the successful candidates.
Mains exam will be held in Dec-Jan.
From 67th PT (re-exam) we introduced a solution to wrong/missing question series in the OMR sheets. It wasn't revealed for fear of candidates becoming careless. But now since it has come out in public domain, so we will introduce deduction in marks for such mistakes in future.
Corrections in TRE2.0 admit cards have been allowed till 6th Dec.
Candidates should note that there will be more stringent biometric checking before entry which will take more time. So they are advised to reach their centres well in advance & carry one extra copy of admit card.
Other/other subject confusion was unnecessary & so was the clarification but it was issued on request only. Those blaming BPSC for late clarification have still not understood that there is no need to amend applications & that unmindful accusations may attract dire consequences.
TRE - partially verified candidates need not worry as we will recheck all such cases before finalizing results. No new document is needed as the same must have been submitted during DV.
We received 4797 vacancies for suppl. result of TRE1.0 However due to non-availability of candidates in res. category in 9-10 English (926) & Science (681), 11-12 papers (223) & others (194 i.e total shortfall of 2024, remaining 2773 candidates are being declared successful.
I'm glad that some people have atleast now realised the need & importance of normalisation in case of TRE-PRT which was held in two shifts.
But in BPSC not only we had thought about it long ago but also had taken the requisite measures to obviate the very need for this.
We are aware that some TRE candidates have committed blunders in uploading their documents. As a last opportunity to correct it, our portal will remain open for successful candidates of -
1. TRE1.0 Supplementary from 30th Dec to 1st Jan and
2. TRE2.0 from 3-7th Jan
In TRE2.0 the question booklet series will be pre-printed on the OMR sheet. Candidates are not supposed to fill it up or tamper with it else the OMR sheet may be rejected.
Candidates must be wary of dream merchants. Result or supplementary result can be for only as many vacancies as provided by the Dept & not on some imaginary figure based on misinterpretation of rules or on some wishful thinking or on some mischievous rumours or on all of these.
1. 67th CCE Mains result is ready & we are waiting for the Hon'ble Court's clearance to declare it.
2. Successful candidates will get an opportunity to change their service preferences.
In TRE2.0 OMR sheets there won't be any text entries of roll numbers.
Similarly subject combinations will be presumed as per their application.
So candidates must be careful since wrong entries will be rejected by the computer & there won't be any manual cross verification.
Yesterday Chandrayaan -3 created history and today TRE candidates are going to do the same by participating in the largest ever recruitment exam in the world. All the best .
Now it's official. BPSC has been notified to conduct teachers recruitment exams.
It's a huge responsibility. Support & trust of all stakeholders are vital to complete this task successfully. On our part, we are committed to ensure fairness & impartiality in the entire process.
68th CCE interview concluded today and its final results have just been sent for uploading on our website today itself.
Congratulations to all the successful candidates !!
Just to clarify
1. E-admit card in TRE is the final admit card and there won't be any other admit card after decoding centre codes.
2. As far as possible, centres have been allotted in home divisions in TRE and will be similarly allotted in 69th CCE.
"NA" in TRE-Cutoff means no candidate in that reservation category was left to avail reservation in that category.
For example, if female SC candidates get selected with men SC & the required number of female candidates is completed, then they cannot be given benefits under SC-F.
I can understand the impatience and apprehension of TRE candidates. Rest assured, the exam will be held on time even if notification is delayed as some issues are still pending for clarification. So it will be better to focus on studies.
Interview for the post of Asst. Audit Officer concluded yesterday late evening.
And today, Final Result has been sent for uploading on our website.
Congratulations to all the successful candidates.
