Mr Coppack told us that in his retirement he would be working hard to be selected for the Welsh o55 squash team. Playing for Wales was his ultimate goal and he has now achieved it. Mr Coppack is the personal embodiment of all that we hope to be @ArgoedHS . We are so proud of you.

WE WON! Huge well done to our fab gymnastics team who competed today. We placed 4th and 2nd in the pairs, 2nd in boys and girls solo and FIRST in the group competition. We are now through to the national finals! Incredible performances from all gymnasts today. Well done.
