Good day today. Physio gone very well with 90 degrees being done in the new knee. Bruising is really coming out now too. Also managed about 50 yards of walking with my sticks which I know is not a lot but to me feels like the world.

Just want to thank every club who took part in the first group games of the @OffsideTrust return to football competitions today. Also thanks to the officials who without you this competition would not be going ahead and finally all the volunteers who do such a great job

7 years ago today I was summoned to attend a reading of my uncles will with the rest of the family. I was taken to a side room and given a letter that he had requested was read out to the family before the will. He asked for forgiveness for his crimes and detailed
