regardless if they were a student or not police shouldn’t be using this kind of force against the people they are SUPPOSED to protect and serve…

Nope, your incorrect. Students should disperse and go home. If they “chose” to stay well it’s the choice they made. Law and order is priority.

There are things called Laws, and you have to abide by them. I know it’s a concept that you just can’t grasp, but it’s real. Consequences are real.

If you disobey a lawful order from a police officer you are no longer among those the officer is to protect and serve. If you resist an officer you are likely to receive blows, or worse.

The "students" are violent trespassers trying to crush police officers after not obeying the public official's orders. The students could be accused of inflicting injury or attempted homocide.

You don't like getting your ass whipped don't screw around with cops. Is that a difficult concept for you or doe you think, because YOU have a cause, you can do anything to promote it? I'm all behind the cop! There should be more like him out there.

I agree. Water cannons should be used. Low pressure at first so there is opportunity to leave without injury, then turn it up for the stubborn.
