Tactical nukes on the newest NATO, Finland, border would also act had a deterrence against Russian aggression and terrorism. The missiles, when fired, could reach Moscow and the Kremlin in minutes.

Russia no longer has the means to take on NATO or for that matter another country, It no longer has the equipment or the manpower to succeed including officers or generals with the expertise.
