Ukraine’s deputy PM @StefanishynaO responds: “We understand the call of our American partners. At the same time, we are fighting with the capabilities, resources and practices that we have today.” Basically, “what do you want us to do, nothing??”

If the Biden admin wanted Ukraine to defend itself more conventionally, it should have sent Kyiv a greater number of weapons much earlier than it did at every step of this war. But as usual, the admin is too reactive and scared of any response by Moscow.

@andrew_danieri @ChristopherJM @StefanishynaO To hell with the politics. There is no doubt these are viable targets for Ukraine to go after - and the more the better. Oil is financing Putin’s war, too, so blow them all up as far as I’m concerned.

@andrew_danieri @PopovaProf @StefanishynaO Excellent response! To have influence, the West must provide resources. If Ukraine is on its own, they can make their own decisions.

@andrew_danieri @Biz_Ukraine_Mag @StefanishynaO Witnessing another Eur "nazi style" war, as the one 🇷🇺 is conducting, is heartbreaking. Equally heartbreaking is the compl failure, cynicism, weakness & unwillingness of our W politicians to recognize that it also must be our responsibility to bring 🇷🇺 to a defeat! No red lines!
