Enough of this “Russia’s backyard” nonsense. Sovereign nations have the right to choose their partners and from whom they buy arms. Russian weapons failed Armenia in 2020, as did Russian peacekeepers from 2021 onward. Armenia (like all countries) has agency and is exercising it.
