I can't express how disappointed I am with our "tech media" about not covering $GARI issue (so many onions to peel there about "web3/crypto"). Till now I see only one coverage (from

We should avoid promoting them without reading the T&C. May be it was ignored by the media for a reason..

A governance token makes no sense if the company is centralized by default instead of a crypto native DAO.

Which is why it's super important to look at the terms. Just appropriating all the buzzwords doesn't make a company web3.

In this video Sumit says it will be the community who holds the token who gets to decide on proposals/changes and not a select few like in traditional orgs. This contradicts the ToS.
