Missouri is targeting Memphis athletic director Laird Veatch to be the school’s next athletic director, sources told ESPN. Veatch has been at Memphis since Oct. of 2019 and brings SEC experience from his time at Florida from 2017-19, when he was an executive associate AD.

The Columbia Police Department issues a statement following a video being released of a person being restrained and repeatedly hit by a CPD officer. The video was posted by an Instagram account which features content from the University of Missouri, unaffiliated with the college.

NEWS: Former Arizona State and Notre Dame quarterback Drew Pyne tells ESPN that he’s committed to Missouri. Pyne took a visit this weekend and said he committed while in Columbia. He’ll enroll this summer and have three years of eligibility remaining.
