We did it👏🏻 Our KS2 children have achieved something extremely special after a very tough year. We are all incredibly proud of them and hope it continues to bring awareness to the fantastic work of Wrexham food bank 💚

Everyone at the school would like to thank all the parents, children, families and friends of Alexandra who came last week to help clear up the mess left after the arson attack. We are still very much devastated, but your kindness restores our faith. 🙌🏻👏🏻

A fantastic week in Dosbarth Elder. Through hard work and dedication the children have created the first part of their forest school vision, which was inspired by their current mantle. Lots of smiles, digging, lifting, campfires and marshmallows!

A fantastic day for our Heddlu Bach, receiving their certificates and warrent cards. The school also collected the High Sheriff's Community Award, in conjunction with North Wales Police, for establishing the first Heddlu Bach programme in North Wales. Well done all!
We’ve had great fun doing the Rudolph Run today. It was too wet and slippy to be outside so we improvised! We raised an amazing £2070 for Nightingale House. Thank you so much to all our families for supporting this very special hospice 🤩

We had a wonderful Dydd Gwyl Dewi celebration yesterday. Lots of the children contributed to the Eisteddfod competitions and we enjoyed fabulous performances by all classes. We are all so proud to live in Wales 🏴
We’re still talking about our wonderful Nightingale House visit here in Ysgol Alexandra. What a fantastic afternoon it was, we are so proud of the children we took. The staff and residents had beaming smiles from beginning to end, as did the teachers!

science discovery centre in town for a sneak peak before they open in October! There are lots of new exhibits to explore alongside some old favourites.
