how do we archive the past (or do we?) and how do we fix going forward?

I strongly believe archiving the past is important in some format
this would have helped dissipate some of the 'direction-less' energy that leads people to cross the border
-- currently putting everything i learn in one place (for myself) that I'm down to share in public!

With the goal providing insights on when and how things were going amazingly for tech here.
The variables that helps and how to re-create those variables to a similar extent.
