“ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder” No. If it were, then stimulants would take weeks-months to start working. They don’t. They work right away or they don’t at all. ADHD symptoms are caused by low dopamine activity in the PFC. If you attenuate this, the symptoms go away.

I'm thinking of switching to milk because currently I'm spending about 50-60m a day just eating rice, even at max speed. I may have to drink about a gallon in order to achieve the same calories. Peat bros, will this have negative effects? Estrogen?

I don't know why people give such universal advice like this - for some people, the tim ferris "drink tea, meditate, read, ease into the day" morning routine works For me it doesn't - I have to get going right away in order to have a productive day Routines helped me so much

Always remember the 80/20 rule. Stressing about EMF will have much worse effects than EMF itself The best way to defend yourself from EMF is to ensure adequate nutrition, keep background inflammation low, and NAC + aspirin for high exposures.

Beware of Wi-Fi routers… There is substantial research suggesting that these radiations are not benign for humans (PMID: 34617575, 30533171, 33917298).. Keeping your wifi router as far as possible from your bedroom and turning it off at night can certainly benefit your health
