Income tax Alert Section 43B-any amount remains unpaid on year end to creditors, being micro/small entity, beyond 45 days or less,as agreed or 15 days if no agmt, shall be added to taxable Income resulting in huge additional tax liability. Keeping such creditors unpaid is risky

The way NFRA is suspending/debarring CA's for lapses, am aure if they do this exercise in their ministries,half of departments will be sitting at home. Don't believe, look at lapses with GSTN, Income tax CPC, potholes on roads and more than that, the level of MCA portals. Period

6. ICAI said no extension needed. Pl. concentrate on study & forget SM warriors. It's not extending. Response:Sir,we will study, but ICAI extended dates in May 2004, May 2009,May 2014 & also May 2019. So either council was wise then or it's wiser now in May 2024. Time will tell.

पूरी दुनिया चांद पर पहुंच गई। @isro वाले मंगल ग्रह पर पहुंच गए।पर @Infosys_GSTN वाले ५०० के ऊपर अगर invoice है तो आपको ,पतली गली से रास्ता ले कर ऑफलाइन dump लेकर काम करना होगा और सही data आने की कोई गारंटी नहीं है।बताओ अगर चार हज़ार करोड़ मे क्या सफेद हाथी बना दिया है सरकार ने।

Don't think there is intention of any extension by dept. Stay to be taken against this deadline. When people are getting infected with Corona and entire state is under lockdown, department expects us to file a GST Audit report and sign off financial. Sheer arrogance @cbic_india

11. ICAI President has mentioned to allow UK & Canada CA's to practice in India. We lack 30 lacs CA's in India in next decade. Response: Sir, we will study,but imports seems inclined & therefore create roadblocks with poor Indians CA students, so that imports become seamless.

GSTR ४ की आखरी तारीख ३० अप्रैल है। हर कंपोजिशन डीलर के खाते में नेगेटिव कैश दिखाई दे रहा है। ३० के बाद १० हजार देरी शुल्क लगेगा। अब या दुगना लगान भरो,या RC खारिज करने को तयार हो जाओ। बिजनेस एसोसिएशन के मुखिया ने आंखों पर पट्टी बांध ली है गांधारी जैसी।कोई मसिहा नही गरीब का। #GSTR4

"If compliance falls on holiday, then as per Section 10 of General Clauses Act,1977, the next working day, will be actual due date". However #DigitalIndia ignores this. Requesting Hon. Courts to take suo-moto cognizance of this & help taxpayers with adequate relief. @barandbench
