📢 As the travel ban on foreign nationals and the quarantine rule are still in place in Taiwan, we have made a difficult decision to hold AACL-IJCNLP 2022 entirely online. We would still hope to see many people attending our virtual

😷ACL COVID Policy😷 1/4
It is the policy of ACL conferences that attendees wear high-quality, well-fitting masks while attending indoor functions at ACL events, removing their masks only the minimal amount necessary to eat and
drink.
ALL authors must have SoftConf IDs for submission. If your co-authors are new to SoftConf, please ask them to create accounts now!
Also, please make sure your Global Profile is updated (particularly Semantic Scholar information) for better paper-reviewer matching🤓
@feralvam
Hi
@feralvam
, thank you for pointing this out!
We have contacted the PCs and confirmed that due to this discrepancy between the CFP and SoftConf (sorry about that!), both ways will be accepted and papers will not get desk rejected because of it.
GP
😷ACL COVID Policy😷 3/4
Furthermore, the ACL strongly encourages attendees to be cautious with masking in indoor space outside the conference venue (e.g. on public transit or while eating away from the venue) to avoid bringing COVID to the venue.
