Many folks have been wondering 'wen LTH capitulation'? If we consider the 30-day change in LTH Realised Cap we can calculate the magnitude of their monthly losses on-chain. Turning that into a Z-Score we can see they are getting rekt right now. All that sell-side, no new lows.

For those of you who were not holding #Bitcoin in March 2020, this is kinda what it felt like (lite version). Except back then we sold off 38% in a day after an attempted recovery from a 2yr long bear market, rather than today's 21% from near ATHs. Resilience.

#Bitcoin is on the edge of a very large cost basis zone. Next major on-chain support is down at $40k... Given we are now below the 200DMA, probabilities have increased that we fill in the gap. Again, I think macro forces/uncertainty are the primary drivers here. A dip to buy.

In May, following the liquidation cascade, we saw huge #Bitcoin exchange inflows Over 140k $BTC net flowed in, and we paid the price with a painful sideways🦀market We just had another cascade and🐻s are running victory laps... ...despite exchange balances at multi-year lows.
