I’m Shar, a self-taught artist from Southeast Asia. I’ve only made traditional art during my childhood, and I’m still trying to develop my own art style today. With the NFT space, I now have a new platform to practice on my ever changing art style — but now in digital form.
Digital art is quite exciting for me as it’s new and something I’ve never done before. I only started learning about it when I joined the NFT space 5 months ago and I’ve been trying different art styles in making portraits and Discord stickers for the servers I’m in.
I grew up watching Disney and anime so my art style is heavily influenced by both.
I’m grateful to be part of the 12 chosen artists since it was able to help me rediscover my passion. There was a time in my life where I was simply too busy and didn’t have enough time to draw.
I now realize that drawing was an escape because it’s different from the rest of our modern-day lives that are often repetitive and stressful which is why I have been putting aside some time to create art.
It’s become something I love again and will always look forward to doing
My piece shows a girl relaxing in a field. It actually became a way to express how I'm feeling without using words since they are often hard to find.
Sometimes my job can be too toxic so I’d like to think about calm scenery to reduce my anxiety and stress at work.
📜Retiring from the chaos
That today shapes our lives
Feel the energy and spirit
Into serenity you shall dive
Close your eyes and breathe,
Sense a world you cannot see
Nothing over curled,
And exist…just be

What is Zenmas?
Zenmas was an initiative we started in December of last year, modeled after the 12 days of Christmas. The idea is to commission art from 12 up-and-coming NFT artists and airdrop their work to everyone who holds a ZA/333 token.
Every day at 11:30 EST a snapshot of holders will be taken, and all holders will be airdropped their pieces within the next 1-2 hours. It will be one per wallet.
Don’t forget to check your hidden folder (sometimes you need to manually check - refer to the image below)
