Today, I was inspired by Mr. Hudson. He was always well dressed, but when he did not wear a suit, & I gave him trouble, he would make up some arbitrary excuse like, "I never wear a tie on the 3rd Tues. in April," so today, I am not wearing a tie on the Wed. before Spring Break!

Just received a really grateful email from a gentleman that was having car trouble on a very busy Clayton Road yesterday. Two Marquette seniors, Collin Fisk and Blake Silverman, got out and helped the man push his car to safety and out of traffic. Kudos to Blake and Collin!

At the @MarquetteFootbl game last night, one of the chains crew pulled @KDevineMHS and myself aside and told us that the Mustangs were the most disciplined sideline she has seen in 30 years of working football games. She was so impressed she wanted to share our sportsmanship.

Gemma decided at lunch that she wanted to ride her bike without training wheels today. Every time I stepped away from the screen, she wanted to practice outside, so we did. A reminder to "strike while the iron is hot." So glad I didn't say "later or maybe" when she asked.
