The children in Year 5 have worked incredibly hard analysing the lyrics to David Bowie’s Space Oddity, producing wonderful pieces of writing. Rounding off Friday afternoon with a special rendition (featuring Major Tom himself...)
Year 5 had a visit from Shaimaa Elbaz, voluntary chaplain at Leicester College and teacher of Arabic, this morning. What a wonderful start to our unit of work discovering what it means to be Muslim in Britain today.
Thank you so much to
@ManorHighSchool
@MHS_Science

Well done to the year 5 and 6 Dodgeball team who have reached the Dodgeball finals on March 6th after winning the Oadby and Wigston competition. Thank you
