Happy birthday to my brother, every year that passes it’s almost harder to believe that you’re not here with us anymore but your memory lives on eternally through all who love you! MostDope forever, Mac Miller forever ♾️♾️♾️
One of my most vivid memories of him is the way he would look at you while he was playing an album or song for you for the first time. Just waiting in anticipation for your opinion. I will always miss those moments.
12 years since K.I.D.S. dropped today, the mixtape that changed our lives forever. Around this time 12 years ago we were at
@timebombshop
for a meet and greet. We drove all night back from NYC and essentially totaled the engine of Mac’s Civic so we would make it back in time.
On the KIDS tour somewhere in California with

R.I.P. Mac, R.I.P. Tolly. Some of the best moments of my life were in our sprinter van riding around LA with Juice. The realest ever.
Hard to believe K.I.D.S. dropped 10 years ago. I remember those moments like it was yesterday. Such a special time that I will never forget. Everyone needs to bump that mixtape extra loud today for Mac ❤️
Hard to believe we dropped this 12 years ago, nothing but good memories. If you haven’t heard this do yourself a favor and check it out on YouTube or DatPiff.
#KIDS
is on steaming services today. It’s a project that I was heavily involved with and is very close to my heart. Go stream it and reminisce on simpler times...
Wishing a happy 31st Birthday to my brother Malcolm! It’s not fair that he’s not here to enjoy his thirties. But his memory will be kept alive forever because of people all over the planet who love him dearly. It’s incredible to see the impact he’s had. I know he would be proud!
That one time Mac was my hype man!
@rexarrowfilms
captured this during the “Best Day Ever” video shoot. This was my verse off of The Ill Spoken (Beedie and Mac) mixtape How High. So many amazing memories, love and miss you Mac ❤️
today in 2013, mac miller dropped ‘watching movies with the sound off’ with features from earl sweatshirt, ab-soul, niki randa, action bronson, loaded lux, schoolboy q, tyler the creator, and vinny radio
favorite song?
I don’t want this to be real...I already miss you so much...just thankful you took me on this ride with you. From The Ill Spoken and on. Literally saw the world with you. Watched you accomplish your dreams. It was an incredible thing that I will cherish forever.💔💔💔
It was really good to see mostly everyone that was close to Mac at Blue Slide Park plus a couple thousand fans. Fitting way to pay tribute to our friend. We all miss him so much.
So many stories, so many memories! That dude was such a positive role model for many people. Everyone has a good Mac story/experience. He was a source of strength & hope to his fans. Everyone needs to stay strong & stay positive because thats definitely what he would have wanted.
Woke up with Malcolm on my mind heavily. Watching old tour videos & interviews. I really miss his friendship and just presence in general. It’s hard knowing I’ll never get that random FaceTime call anymore or that invite to an all night studio session…
Funny story -
@CLocKworkDJ
and Jimmy had gotten held up at the border because of legal issues so we didn’t have a DJ and had to use a DJ from the promoter so I was essentially telling him everything to do. Moments like these I will cherish forever happy 30th b-day to my brother!
“He’s the king of the deep cut.” -
@Innerviewq
from the GQ piece about Faces. This is straight facts, Mac never gave you filler only those classic deep cuts. Well put.

I remember Mac was really excited to play me this song when I first heard the album. Bump this as loud as you can and be happy for the life he lived and everything he gave us!
I have other plaques but this one means the most to me. Sold Out Tour plaque from The Blue Slide Park Tour. 3 months total - 1 in Europe and 2 in the US (I think there was a Canadian leg later on). All of us were made into cartoons for the tour flyer. Amazing memories ❤️
Bump this today, glad I got to contribute my small part. Clock absolutely killed this mix as well as all the talented producers who remixes are featured.
We put together this remix on the K.I.D.S. tour. Got verses from Mac,
@CHEVYWOODS
, and
@therealjuicyj
. Juicy loved Tolly, did the verse for free. Tolly was a star. Thankful for all the work we put in. He will be missed.
Just left the viewing for my brother Tolly. The whole city came out! But that doesn’t surprise me one bit, my boy is a legend. He will be remembered forever in our hearts 🙏🏻
Pittsburgh, PA - 1991 - The one and only album from rapper/producer and Hill District legend Mel-Man who later went on to form Aftermath Entertainment and co-produce The Chronic 2001 with Dr. Dre.
@DJBooth
Driving to NYC with Mac & Treejay to go on Statik Selektah’s show the day before it dropped, drove home overnight to make it to the release party the next day & the engine of Mac’s Honda started smoking and making crazy noises but we kept driving & destroyed the engine to make it
My brother
@CLocKworkDJ
put on an amazing event on the 7th. I know it meant a lot to all the fans who were there. So happy I stopped by, made me feel like Mac was right there with us ❤️
Making How High with Mac and Beedie was honestly one of the most fun times of my life. We were just going hard with rap but with no idea of what was to come. Still one of my favorite projects I’ve ever been involved with. An underground classic.
This Astroworld stuff is really, really sad. After years of touring all over the world and never seeing anything close to that it’s incredibly disturbing. R.I.P. to all the kids who lost their lives in such a senseless way.
All my homies are the ILLEST. I don’t get on my cocky shit often. Just proud of what we’ve built. 10 years plus in this shit. We might not see each other that often or talk as much as we would like too. But the history books are set in stone. Write us in.
@CurrenSy_Spitta
I also remember you playing MC Eiht for Mac when we were in your hotel room in Toronto after the first stop of the first Smokers Club Tour. Good times.

Still one of my favorites.
@IdlabsMusic
had crazy chemistry with Mac. So many memories, countless hours in the studio. Thousands of songs. He was a prolific artist even from a young age.
Pretty sure this is he first music video Mac ever did. The Ill Spoken w/
@Beedie412
“Tryna Get Blazed”. Classic. 2007/2008. How High The Mixtape is an underground classic!
Damn Rest In Peace Double K of the the legendary People Under The Stairs. They were one of my favorite groups growing up. Then Mac was able to bring them on part of the Blue Slide Park Tour and we got to hang out with them. Coolest dudes ever! So sad. I’m bumping O.S.T. all day!
Just wanna point out that Mac was fuckin with Boldy James 8 years ago. Met him through his cousin Chuck Inglish on the Macadelic Tour. He was already gifted at rapping then. Mac produced this HEATER for him & Gibbs on

and Mac. If you haven’t heard How High The Mixtape you should give it a listen, underground classic we love you forever Mac ❤️❤️❤️
Go check out the interview I did with
@RecordingAcad
@BrentonBlanchet
about the making of Best Day Ever on the 10th Anniversary month. Amazing times that I will never forget. ❤️
Does anyone care about the XXL Freshmen cover anymore? It used to be a big deal but all the industry plants and wack picks over the years have lessened its impact...
Haven’t been listening to much new rap these days. There’s a few who I check for but I’d much rather bump a classic from the 90’s/early 00’s. Maybe I’m an old head now 🤷🏻♂️
