Great News We have resumed service and will be running a 1 vessel shuttle service on our P-F route and PH-R FastCat service is running to its scheduled timetable. L-Y service is still currently suspended due to storm Ciara. We apologise to any changes to your travel plans.

From Monday, 27 March 2023, we’ll be operating additional FastCat sailings between Por Har & Ryde Pier Head. The extra FastCat evening sailings will be 21:20 and 22:45 from Portsmouth Harbour and 22:00 from Ryde. Crossings will also be hourly throughout the day, Monday-Sunday.

Hello again, just a quick update that the FastCat is still running and is currently on her way to Portsmouth Harbour. All sailings are being carried out at the Captain's discretion on a trip by trip basis. Safety is our top priority.

As our website is not working or very slow due to high demand, a quick summary is that we are running both Por-Ryd and Por-Fish on a 1 boat service for as long as we can. Lym- Yar is suspended until further notice. We will update you as we know more.

The P-F teams are working hard to get back to our scheduled timetable after an earlier customer incident and delays have now reduced to approx. 40 mins. Our L-Y and H-R services are running on time. Thanks.

Systems all seem to be running really slow or not at all, could be weather related or number of users trying to get on the website. L-Y most likely to be off all day, still running the fastcat and 1 boat service Por-Fish. Phones extremley busy so please be patient if you call.

Good News! The cancellations on our FastCat service have been reinstated as we have been successful in sourcing an essential colleague. The 16:40, 17:40 & 18:45 from Portsmouth Harbour and the 17:10, 18:10 & 19:15 are now running

Due to adverse weather conditions our 1900 sailing from Portsmouth and the 2000 sailing from Fishbourne have been cancelled on our Portsmouth to Fishbourne car ferry service. Weather conditions are due to continue so further disruption may occur so please check back for updates.

Due to the absence of an essential member of our crew our Portsmouth to Ryde FastCat service will be taken out of operation from 16:45 onwards. Tickets will be accepted on any of our car ferry services and transport has been set up between Ryde Pier Head and Fishbourne.

From 15 June it will be mandatory for passengers to wear face coverings when using public transport in England. All WL customers must carry a face covering with them at all times and will be required to wear it if not staying in a vehicle, when travelling on our ferries.
