We have resumed service and will be running a 1 vessel shuttle service on our P-F route and PH-R FastCat service is running to its scheduled timetable. L-Y service is still currently suspended due to storm Ciara. We apologise to any changes to your travel plans.

From Monday, 27 March 2023, we’ll be operating additional FastCat sailings between Por Har & Ryde Pier Head.
The extra FastCat evening sailings will be 21:20 and 22:45 from Portsmouth Harbour and 22:00 from Ryde. Crossings will also be hourly throughout the day, Monday-Sunday.
We regret that our FastCat service will be suspended from the last sailing on Mon 6 Apr & our Portsmouth-Fishbourne ships will run two-hourly from 06:00 on Tues 7 Apr. For more information, visit

Hello again, just a quick update that the FastCat is still running and is currently on her way to Portsmouth Harbour. All sailings are being carried out at the Captain's discretion on a trip by trip basis. Safety is our top priority.

Due to the extremely high winds our Portsmouth - Fishbourne service has been suspended until further notice. We will update the service status at around 6pm when the forecasted winds drop. We are very sorry for the disruption this will cause.

From 15 June it will be mandatory for passengers to wear face coverings when using public transport in England. All WL customers must carry a face covering with them at all times and will be required to wear it if not staying in a vehicle, when travelling on our ferries.

Due to the high winds we have cancelled the 07:00 from Portsmouth and the 08:00 from Fishbourne. Customers are advised we will offer full refunds if you choose not to travel today, we are unable to guarantee our service due to the extreme wind speeds.
Update: Our Portsmouth to Fishbourne service has resumed service thanks to the hard work of our team at Fishbourne.
We have however had to cancel sailings later in the day due to staffing issues. Booked customers will be contacted with any changes.
