“Tigray has no reason to meddle in the ongoing civil war for it would further harm a country regarded by Tigrayans as their second home” says the Interim administration of Tigray.
In a recent statement, the IRA condemned claims made by
@RSFSudan
, accusing Tigray of intervening
in the ongoing civil war in Sudan.
The IRA dismissed these allegations as unfounded and rooted in "fecund imagination," aimed at garnering international support for the RSF's campaign against the Sudanese Armed Forces.
The IRA stressed that such actions would be contrary to
Tigrayans' deep-rooted affinity for Sudan, a country they consider their second home.
The IRA added, having suffered colossal damage due to the direct and indirect intervention of foreign forces in the Tigray war, Tigray will not appreciate foreign intervention in an internal
conflict.
The IRA urged both sides to refrain from inflammatory statements and come to the negotiating team to find political solutions to the ongoing tragedy.

They are backwards. They don't even have an official Twitter account. They still address such serious matters in an old fashioned manner. Smh!
