How do I train golfers? Inside the ropes on what I'm doing with my pro golf clients. Assessment, fundamentally 4 metrics, Isometric Mid Thigh Pull, CMJ impulse, Clubhead Speed & Ball Speed. This 4 factor analysis tells me 80% of what I need to know about a golfer. No screens.

Contralateral sit-up is a staple in my programs. All this means is holding load in the hand opp to the anchored foot. If you are into slings, you could argue for ant slings if you like. I like cross bracing for golf as the sport involves lateral forces and crossbody forces.
