If you have elderly parents or grandparents/disabled family member that struggle to get up from the toilet which is the one place people want to be able to do themselves, get a raised toilet seat, easy to put on and to detach. Hope this reaches someone who may not have known

My mums physiotherapist who is white was giving mum instructions, she tells my mum to push her heel down so I’m there doing a half Punjabi and saying addi down mum, next thing the physio is saying Amarjit Addi down 😆 she’s bloody brilliant!! Get you a physiotherapist who adapts

Visiting my mum at the hospital & a nurse pops her head in,introduced herself,a fellow Sandhu & she is so so lovely. Unfortunately you don’t always get this type of caring or friendliness at hospitals but when you do it makes all the difference even more so from another Sandhu ❤️

My 14 year old nephew was on the local Asian radio station today with his friend, talking about the Nagar Kirtan, Gatka classes, Gurmat/Panjabi classes & dastaar tying classes. So proud of both these kids as they spoke in panjabi with the host the whole time #proudmassi #Legends

Yearly #mammogram done. It’s the most uncomfortable & (still quite painful for me) imaging to get done. Nurses always try & make you feel relaxed & comfortable as possible. Grateful we have this type of imaging but also praying there will be better ways in the future.
