The form patch should now be available for iOS. PM us in the case of further issues. We have added an ID option in this update as well. Since a tie dilutes your data, we added this result option that will be excluded from all calculations. Android update will be out soon!

A closer look at the matchup data visualization! You can filter your records by BO1/BO3 and by specific lists, revisit the notes you took for specific matchups, or export the whole table as an image. BO3 games will count towards BO1 data, not including unfinished games.

We are aware that some iOS users might experience weird behavior or crashes with the match form. We are working on an update and hope to have it out by tonight or tomorrow. If time allows it, we'll also add some minor tweaks from the recent feedback!

16th at NAIC This result puts me at 1090 cp for the year, super happy but looking to make some top 8’s next season. Had awesome opponents which made the tournament very fun. Losses were just to bad play, so plenty to improve. Shout out to all my friends for helping prepare.

We have just resubmitted the app for review for the iOS App Store, while also submitting it for the first time for the Google Play Store! In the meantime, an update is loading for all closed testers, with new functionalities for the matchup notes feature. See more below:

Singapore Championships 2024 - 5/3/0 - 49th/342 I tried. First two losses were due to dead hand. Lost my last game because I second guessed myself, evolving into a 2nd Pidgeot was the play but I was worried about possible Devo play & got punished. I need to be better.

@PrinBirb @PokeDuelsTikTok That is currently not possible, no. We plan to implement testing groups, over which you could share decks and then also see the matches of them, and add matches as well. You could send them an export every few rounds, though! They are formatted much like pokestats used to be.

At a technical level, we occasionally chose fast solutions over optimal ones, resulting in 'technical debt'. This debt needs to be settled at some point, so this means that before moving on with new features, we need to do some deep refactoring, which will take time. 4/6

@KatyPTCG For BO1 we focus on going first or second, which tends to have a great impact on the result. For BO3, we were interested to see how much a coin flip can influence the set. Each individual game will also count towards your BO1 data. Our approach is open to change, though!

@ithielarki @Azul_GG That's a fair point. BO3 testing is usually meant to feign tournament play and therefore you would make the 'optimal' choice for the deck for the first game. Trying out a different strategy we would tend to do in a BO1, and the form doesn't ask about the flip in that case!

@ithielarki @Azul_GG In the current metagame it might not be as swingy for all matchups, but winning the flip has definitely been a big factor in BO3 for a long time. We thought it might be interesting to log the flip for now so you can look back at how decisive it is in your own testing
