The strong winds today serve as a reminder that today is the 2 year anniversary of the Hill and Woolsey Fires. The two fires broke out less than 24 hours after 12 innocent people were killed in a shooting at Borderline in Thousand Oaks.

Ventura County Sheriff K9 Duro has passed away. Duro was partnered with Sergeant Greg Guilin the entire time he was working with the department, 2007-2013. Since 2013, Duro has been retired and living at home with Greg and his family.
