Grief doesn't adhere to strict family definitions, & the @UFCW bereavement policy should reflect that. Currently, guild workers are only guaranteed leave for the death of family members that fall within UFCW’s defined structure - aunts & uncles excluded.

We need wages that keep up with inflation, a reasonable telework policy, and sufficient sick leave. And @ufcw needs us! From our accountants to our IT specialists, from our political staff to our research team- #UFCW works because we do.
