The day you decide to do an IPO or something, let me know. Cell-based meat is an inevitability, like UBI and renewable energy. Something that will be the default, not some fringe tech.

It us urgent. Just replacing the ground meat market will save us. It is no exaggeration this could save us. Just hope that permafrost doesn't go.
