In 2016, 16 yr old Tibetan Dorjee Tsering, self immolated in India. While he was in flames, he was shouting "Free Tibet". By 2016, 150 Tibetans had already burned themselves in Tibet. He couldn’t bear the pain of Tibetans & wanted to bring world’s attention but fell on deaf ears.

2 yrs ago, Tsewang Norbu, 25, self-immolated in Lhasa, capital of Tibet shouting slogans leading to his death. He was a popular singer. He became 158th Tibetan to self immolate to protest over CCP repressive rule since 2009. Sadly, the world was blind, deaf& dumb to his cries.

Truly sad to hear the demise of Gyari Dorjé Yudrön from Nyarong, Tibet. She was 1 of the few Tibetan women who bravely led her male warrior community against the invading PLA forces in Tibet in 1956. Hailed as “Women Warrior” among both the Chinese forces&her fellow Tibetans.🙏

PLA tanks in Lhasa,Tibet,1959. CCP bombed and destroyed almost 90 percent of Tibetan monasteries during its invasion of Tibet. There was no media to the cover the news. UN played deaf and dumb to our cries. Thousands of Tibetans were turned destitute overnight as refugees.

Did you know that the Tibetan national flag was a flag of the military of Tibet introduced by the 13th Dalai Lama in 1912. It was designed with the help of a Japanese priest, therefore it reflects the design motif of the Japanese military’s Rising Sun Flag.

Karmapa when he was in Tibet. He secretly fled Tibet on Dec. 28, 1999 & suddenly arrived in Dharmsala. India has always looked at him in utter suspicion even to this day. But for Tibetans his escape to India is like any escape of a Tibetan refugee from the CCP repression.

When Chinese PLA soldier invaded Tibet with tanks, canons, machine guns & grenades, Tibetan resistance fighters fought with such antiquated rifles. For one Tibetan fighter, probably there was hundred PLA soldier to deal with. The fight wasn’t fair so was the brazen invasion.

Ani Pachen was a Tibetan nun who led a rebellion of 600 fighters on horseback against CCP tanks in 1958. She was a chief of her clan but her ultimate aim was to join Chushi Gangdruk. She was imprisoned for 21yrs. She fled Tibet in 1987 & died peacefully in Dharamsala, 2002 at 69.

Dob Dobs were once the Tibetan warrior monks. They were common in central Tibetan monasteries before the CCP occupation. They were well trained in the use of weapons&self defense to protect against the warlords. They even fought against the invading CCP forces in the 1950s

Bogd is a symbol of Mongolia’s identity dating back to nearly 400 yrs. 9th Bogd was a Tibetan. When the reincarnation of 10th Bogd was chosen by HHDL there was celebrations in Mongolia since there was concern that CCP might try to interfere like how they kidnapped Panchen Lama.

Tibet’s issues has never been an internal issue of China. We are not Chinese, contrary to the claim of the CCP through their million dollar disinformation campaign that Tibet was part of China since time immemorial. History is the truth and I know the world is not that stupid!

When I met a Native American in NY at a festival, I was quick to take a pic since their story of being colonized&reduced to museums artifact resonated as a death bell reminder of how close Tibetan are in the face of obliteration by the CCP & how we should fight to stay alive.

My late mom in New Delhi probably around 1998 at a protest rally for Tibet carrying the yellow banner that says, “Don't ignore Tibet as a buffer state” Today this slogan has resurrected into a crescendo on every political discourse amidst the China’s bellicose & assertiveness.

Choeyang Kyi, who recently won Gold medal in the Asian Games in China is welcomed home in Tibet. She is also the 1st Tibetan athlete ever to win an Olympic silver medal in the 2012 London Olympics. She hails from Amdo,Tibet. Bhod Gyalo!

Even after being yoked to till prison land like animals, even after being rammed electric rod in his mouth, he still shouted for Tibet’s independence. P. Gyatso’s sacrifice will never be wasted. He&others like him are the reason why CCP are not able to break the Tibetan spirit.

It might seem repetitive for Tibetan to speak for their rights & spread the historical truth of Tibet. But the brutal fact is that in the fast changing wind of this hypocritical world, the only way to stay relevant and to keep Tibet alive is by talking about it all the time.
