Positive development on other residual issues such as pension updation, Stagnation increment , LFC for both spouses, GRID holidays etc.

Today there was daylong negotiations with IBA. IBA improved their offer to 16% but this could not be agreed by us we requested iba to improve their offer.we also discussed about implementation of 5 day banking and improvement in pension for past retirees.
In today's meeting by CLC, IBA informed that earlier offer stands & ready to discuss further & agitation to be deferred.
We informed, we r ready to talk.
CLC advised further talks to be held by IBA b/f the next date of Conciliation i.e. 05032020
IBA agreed for the talks.

For resolution of fractured mandate issue they have insisted to accept PLP but we not inclined to accept as the same has no correlation to the SALARY COMPONENT PER SAY .

While a branch level employee is responsible for only 2.01 % of total NPA's those who are sitting in luxurious cabins are responsible for 20.41%. The irony is these people accuse branch level employees that they are failing to recover 20.41 % from the 2.01% NPA.
