Not sure if it's because UCF is hogging all the in-state spotlight, but South Florida can't catch a break. Bulls are 25-4 dating back to 2016, are 6-1 vs. P5 teams during that span & 4-0 overall this season. Still can't sniff the top 25. They absolutely deserve more recognition.

I've been told ESPN officials will be at UCF today in order to scout locations for GameDay. IOA Plaza, Memory Mall, Plaza Drive, etc. all possibilities. Ideally, you want a great backdrop with sufficient space for what should be thousands of fans.

Per UCFAA source, UCF is doing everything they can to keep Coach Abe in Orlando. AD Terry Mohajir made an offer that would put her salary in the top 15 nationally and top three in the Big 12. Asst. pool would also be competitive. This was prior to flying to Athens this morning.

The world's worst AP voter, @SorenPetro , voted Texas #16 in his preseason poll and did not rank UCF. Texas, mediocre for this entire decade, just lost to Maryland (again). This is the guy who ranked Auburn ahead of UCF after the Peach Bowl.
