20 Things! That you might not know about the RCH155 Howitzer system. And Boxer in general too. e.g. RCH155 combines a Boxer Drive Module, Rheinmetall 155mm/52 gun and an autoloader from the PzH 2000. All mature systems to de-risk a refined Gun on a Truck (GOAT) concept.

⚙️ CV90 and the UK --- A thought experiment exploring how CV90 could be: a) introduced "immediately" to the British Army; and b) How that slots into the British Industry and Army longer term. How, why and what next.

Congressional Budget Office April 2022 report on F-35 availability. 💬 "...the availability rates of all three fleets of F-35s were higher than those of most of DoD’s other fighters." F-35B had higher availability than F-15, F-16... and F-18's. Source:

Project WOLFRAM is a project, with few details, surrounding Ground Launched Brimstone in general. The specific vehicle pictured here is a Supacat Extenda Mk.2 with a Brimstone box launcher on the rear. Related concept launchers have been seen on Boxer, Ajax and THeMIS.

For the record, if the UK builds 227+ Challenger 3 tanks either via recapitalising C2 or new-building to bring us up to four or (preferably) more Armoured Regiments, I'll still be happy.

⚙️ Bodes well for Ukraine's revised RCH155 Howitzer recently approved for production as well. This system uses the same L52 gun, barrels, autoloader (evolved to include charges), Fire Control System and platform management system that the PzH 2000 uses. 13/
