This is my semiannual plea to kill prerelease weekend and just turn them into straight-up release weekends. I think they are actively bad for stores, players and Wizards at this point. Let people buy and play with cards at the height of their excitement.

As a store owner it is very awkard to explain my customers that I cant sell boosters/singles to them, cant have drafts, and they cant use the cards they opened at the pre release this week. Meanwhile, they can buy these on Arena and MTGO and even play a PTQ w/ the new cards there

So imo THE BATMAN had best Batman, best batmobile, best Gotham, first credibly terrifying portrayal of the Riddler, best Catwoman (they let Zoe be a movie star in this), photo finish for best Gordon and best Falcone. Incredibly well-made film all around. No real quibbles.
