Celebrated the opening of a new

franchise in Sherwood Park tonight, which is creating 60 new jobs, mainly first time jobs for teenagers.
The owners decided to open this franchise after the provincial election, & said the Youth Job Creation Wage was a big factor.
Handcuffing is not "standard practice" or at least it should not be. It is a use-of-force (with a weapon) and can only be legally used when necessary. It clearly was not necessary here.
