One of my most meaningful blessings is my daughter runs with me every Sunday. It gives me 90 minutes each week to get caught up with her life. It’s the adult equivalent of having your child trapped in the car with you. We talk the entire time & it is so fulfilling. I’m lucky.

I'm heartbroken today to learn of the passing education legend Harry Wong. His book on The First Days of School helped innumerable teachers become more effective in helping ALL students learn well. He was an inspiration to everyone he met and a dear friend to me.
