Well, yeah. Both our countries are still exceedingly whack. If you come from Nairobi or spend a considérable amount of time there, I doubt you will be impressed by most of this continent.

It's just a video of a couple of roads repeated repeated, looks very similar to those Uhuru Kenyatta propaganda videos for GOK delivers PR only.
@TiskTusk
Kenya is actually ahead. Most of these African countries just have a fraction of what Kenya has and they are mostly in their capitals. Outside that, it is abject poverty and underdevelopment
@TiskTusk
At par or better in terms of physical infra but far behind on human development, especially due to the brain drain to France. Finding a specialist doctor in Abidjan for instance is a nightmare: people fly to Morocco/Egypt for basic treatment
@TiskTusk
Same level would be a bit of a stretch don't you think?
Those are just roads strategically shot.
Anyone seeing a video of the good parts of Nairobi would say we are at the same dev't level as South Africa but we both know that will be a lie
@TiskTusk
We're unhappy clients of the IMF after a 6B debt binge from infrastructure . These guys are at 40B usd debt. At least winning the AFCON assures a gentle massage.
Kenya just needs to get back to its winning ways with rugby sevens to top it off.
