@ThomasDeLauer How about 1/2 cup oats, flax and hemp seed, mixed berries. Plus an egg white omelette with mushrooms, peppers and spinach. Thats my breakfast everyday.

@ThomasDeLauer Would be too small of a meal for me :) I either fast in the morning or eat 1,000+ calories (fat+protein)

@ThomasDeLauer My wife makes ground sausage and grated cheese balls, often flattened like a cookie, baked on a cookie sheet. I eat them out of the fridge cold but fresh they are delicious.
