Here’s a question for you… If you could buy products such as Jams, Honey, Calendars, Mugs etc knowing a large percentage of profits went directly to purchasing and rewilding land in the UK, would this make you more likely to buy these products? This is an idea of ours!

@HelenMa31520438 @_JoelAshton @friendofthefox @NationalHways @LGSpace @Britnatureguide @RewildingB @Love_plants @MeadowInGarden @wildlifebcn @PeterboroughCC @HighwaysEMIDS This is actually another very good point. I didn’t even think about the utter pointless use of equipment and man hours. The human race is very odd at times.

Surely has to be 10/10 doesn’t it? Is the Oak tree the ultimate single species of animal/tree in the UK? If not, what do you think sums it up better?

So the Government have banned plastic straws and now they're doing a consultation on banning plastic wet wipes...I agree this is much needed action, but meanwhile people can cover their entire property in plastic?? Can we get some perspective here!! @Shitlawns

This is the Majesty Oak in Kent. Is this the greatest Oak tree that you’ve ever seen, if not, please reply to this with a picture of your favourite. Genuinely not sure there is anything in nature with the aura of an ancient Oak Tree. Nature is AMAZING!!

Hedgehogs are one of the UK’s best-loved mammals and spend much of their lives asleep. These prickly critters rely on hedgerows and woodland edges for food and shelter. Sadly, they are in serious decline. While it is difficult to accurately monitor hedgehog numbers, it is…

You know spring has arrived when you see a woodland awash with bluebells💙 These bell-shaped beauties are a bumblebee buffet🐝🍴 They are also a sign of ancient woodland–woods that have existed since at least 1600 and provide one of the UK’s most valuable, biodiverse habitats🌳

Really pleased to see the effort of our local community to leave verges alone. Constant stories and posts on here showing the pointless removal of all colour and beauty from our towns and villages but here I get to see this, more councils must take note.
