I've been on an interesting journey of self-transformation over the past 5 years, witnessing both my highest highs and lowest lows.
During this time, something remarkable unfolded.
We really did it
I was sure what was possible at the beginning
But Together, We did it.
I launched The Mental Reboot exactly two months ago, unsure of where this journey might lead.
While I had a

When I decided to start The Mental Reboot, I was unprepared for what would happen.
I started in the middle of August and had no idea Spaces would become a part of my daily activities on X.
Three months later - the number of incredible, intelligent, and

I decided to hold a "small" pop-up Space to just talk about anything together

In the mirror's gaze, where doubts reside,

I was trapped replaying the same limiting beliefs.
Their voices drowned out my true potential.
Old programming convinced me I'd never break free from others' thoughts.

Once again, I'm wrestling with the same problem I was on last night.
I have all the motivation in the world to bring this project to fruition, but I'm completely stuck.

You have to be willing to do what you donβt want today, to be able to do what you want tomorrow.
We always want to be at step Z of our dream without doing A-Y

Is the establishment of effective "sorting systems" for managing thoughts and external stimuli.
Just as you can manage computer files by deleting them, storing them, or taking other actions,

Are one of the many reasons why I continue to push through and find new ways to challenge myself here on X.
My goal is to provide tools that can benefit as many people as possible, understanding that I once didnβt know they exist.
X is
Spaces inspire me to read and study.
The crypto and growth Spaces not so much.
Self development, self care, philosophy, stoic and mindfulness are great topics to inspire thought and study.
There are also some very funny Spaces too.
My recommendations so far:
Everyone is so worried about monetization goals
And I get that for sure.
However, I think itβs important for everyone to determine what their true target is for being here
If you donβt have a concrete target to aim at
How will you ever hit a great one successfully?

They are such an authentic creator.
How much can we truly understand about a person or their thoughts through a social media account?
It's kind of like staring at just one puzzle piece and attempting to figure out the entire picture.

Be intentional this week
Make sure you are very particular with what you allow to seep into your subconscious
Reiterate those positive and productive thoughts
And put up a shield for the negative and destructive ones
