@TKapetanos This is soo true. You really get a different perspective when you leave academic medical centers. Locums helped me see that and I just signed on for a full time job at a community hospital

@TennysonMD TY! Locums are great! I’ve gotten some grief over this Tweet- it was no dig at large academic centers (I’m a PD at 1, and love my hospitals), rather confronting the hidden curriculum about what a successful career looks like, and recognizing the joy found in the community

@TKapetanos Also want to add that your hospital could be an “OSH” to another hospital.
