After State my freshman year, I was hooked on T&F! Coach Holler changed the trajectory of my life. He mentors me and is a friend to this day. Patton, Twan, and Clint are still some of my greatest friends. Every time we're together, it's like we were never apart.

We welcome Triad PV, TJ and 4x100 School Record Holder, Claire Buck as an assistant coach! She was an All-State athlete in PV and TJ. Coach Buck qualified to State on multiple sprint relays. She also competed for Wisconsin, collegiately. Exciting times for the program!

Still wondering why the @IHSA_IL only scores 6 in the T&F Sectional even though NFHS rules say to score 8 at a meet the size of every sectional. Doesn't cost a dime extra to score it like every other invite throughout the season.

Drew Twyman's 800M School Record was historic. It's the second program record of Triad Legend, Jeff Schirmer that Drew has broken. Drew completely leap frogged 1:56 & crushed Triad's record by 1.74 seconds! He's the #3 2A & #9 IL returner in the 800M for next year. Congrats!
