NEW: Sen. Richard Briggs (R-Knoxville) plans to file a bill he calls the 'Freedom to Have Children and a Family Act.' It would expand abortion exceptions in Tennessee, mostly surrounding conditions that would leave a mother sterile. More tonight on @WKRN at 5:00p. #TNLeg24

Quick break from the legislative tweets. To my Davidson County folks…go vote!! Early voting is open until Sept. 9th. Legitimately took me four minutes from the time I got in line to the time I left. Also it’s UF gameday, Go Gators (sorry to all my Vols out there).
